With the new phones, we have transitioned to google sheets and google forms to record lockouts and HOA's.
This means no more paper HOA's no more scanning, and no more looking up residents on a PDF which hasn't quite finished loading when you leave wifi.
It also allows for the potential of greater monitoring and analytics of residents and rooms - these features will be developed as we start to use the tools.
The new phones have been set up around one google account, photos, chrome bookmarks and contacts added to a device are added to all four devices, as well as the google account wbhadvisors@gmail.com
For resident info, the Sheets pull data from a master sheet which will contain an copy of the Peg Board which will be uploaded daily by Jason or Front Desk
